Local Covid-19 and Antibody Testing Sites

I have researched local testing sites for Covid-19. Here is what I found. If you have any additional sites, please contact me. thank you!

As of the end of March 2021 there are new rapid testing places: The Island sites are: CVS Pharmacy, 373 Willis Ave., Roslyn Heights; CVS Pharmacy, 640 Franklin Ave, Valley Stream; CVS Pharmacy 480 Montauk Highway, Bay Shore; Quest Diagnostics, 212 Station Plaza North, Mineola; Quest Diagnostics, 265 Jericho Turnpike, Floral Park; Quest Diagnostics, 165 North Village Ave. Rockville Centre; Quest Diagnostics, 222 Rockaway Turnpike, Cedarhurst; Quest Diagnostics, 534 Montauk Highway, Center Moriches; Quest Diagnostics, 889 Harrison Ave., Riverhead; Quest Diagnostics, 500 West Main St. Suite 202, Babylon; and Rapid Reliable Testing, Nassau Coliseum, 1255 Hempstead Turnpike, Uniondale.

From Jan 26: Unfortunately COVID testing in Valley Stream is suspended until further notice.  The Village hopes to bring testing back to Valley Stream soon and will announce future dates as they become available.

Please call the testing site or your health care provider and make an appointment before you go for testing.

• If you go to a test site run by New York State, there is never any charge for your test.
• If you go to a test site operated by local governments, private companies including pharmacies and medical practices or not-for-profit organizations, you are advised to check with the testing site and your insurer in advance of being tested to confirm you will not be responsible for any fees associated with your test.
