Preventative screenings and regular check-ups are key to getting and staying healthy. This is why we have partnered with Northwell Health to bring the Mobile Mammography Van for Breast Cancer Screenings to the office of Constituent Services for Assemblywoman Solages 1690 Central Ct, Valley Stream, New York 11580, on Friday, February 24, from 9:00AM - 5:00PM. I encourage you to make your appointment for a 3D-digital mammogram. Please share this information with your neighbors.

Eligibility:
Must be female and 40 years or older
No mammograms in the past year
Not pregnant or breastfeeding
No implants or breast issues, such as breast discharge
Never diagnosed with breast cancer
Office visit within the past year with a gynecologist, primary care physician, or internist who is willing to accept the results of the screening
NOTE: Individuals who do not have health insurance will be processed through the Cancer Services Program of New York, if eligible.
One the Day of Your Appointment:
Please do not wear deodorant, perfume, powders, lotions or creams on the breast area
Please bring photo ID and insurance card, if insured.
