Matzah hotdogs recipe

  1. Wet the matza and put it in the resealable plastic bag (like a Ziplock) bag for 20 minutes.
  2. Fry or grill the hot dogs.
  • If the matza is not soft then wet it again for 20 mins in a plastic bag.

       3. Cut the matza in half and then roll it with the hot dog.

       4. Dip it in egg. Fry it with a dash of margarine or oil.
